Do you love Photoshop, but wish there was something better to use than the default brush set?
Need some custom brushes to escape that too-clean "Photoshop Feel" of your artwork?
Tired of scouring the internet for custom brush brush sets only to be disappointed once you download them?
Fret not my friend, for I am in the process of compiling a few themed custom brush sets to share with you! Whether you are a student, or a pro; custom brushes will liven up your artwork, reduce your workload, and cure polio! **
I have been gathering custom brush sets for Photoshop for quite a few years now, and have had plenty of hands-on experience with each and every brush in my tool presets. That means brushes that weren't up to snuff won't be passed on down to you! If it's a terrible brush, it gets the axe!
I have so many brushes for each and every opportunity, that instead of releasing them all at once and causing your head to explode, I will be releasing them in custom sets. That way you will have plenty of time to fiddle with each and every brush as they are being released and not be overwhelmed by a monstrous 400+ brush download.
A few examples of the sets are: Graphic Novel and Comic Inking, Painting (Oils / Watercolor / Guache / Acrylics / Etc), Lighting Effects and Particles, Material Textures (Canvas / Wood / Steel / Etc) , Nature (Birds / Tree Texturing / Rocks / Sand / Etc), Man-Made (Chains / Rivets / Buildings / Windows) and more...
Watercolor dry-brush? Check! Watercolor with heavy flow? Check! Watercolor on high grit paper? Check! Watercolor on baked potato? Che..well it's probably in there, too!
Look forward to our Mystery Set #1 in the coming weeks, and feel free to post your preferences in the comment section below! If you have a particular favorite or suggestion, I will try to include it in the appropriate Set.
**TylerBaird.net custom brush sets have not now, nor ever proven to cure anything other than the Illustration Frustration felt when working with inferior stock brushes**
